Shipment

Deliveries within Germany:

There is no minimum order value in our online shop. Until further notice, we will not charge shipping costs for standard parcel delivery for orders with a value of EUR 400.00 or more (including VAT but excluding any discounts, e.g. due to promotional codes). Orders with an invoice amount of less than EUR 400.00 will be shipped by parcel service with a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.90.

Different shipping costs apply to freight items, after consultation, at least EUR 79.

Shipping to islands is excluded.

We do not currently deliver to packing stations.

In addition, we offer you the option of picking up your goods directly from us, in which case we do not charge any shipping costs. Pick-up can take place at our logistics location in Schwarmstedt after prior registration and appointment confirmation:

Am Varrenbruch 5, 29690 Schwarmstedt, Germany.

Mon. - Fri. 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

We also offer express delivery for an additional shipping cost of EUR 15.90. Orders received by us on working days by 12:00 noon will be shipped on the same day and delivered to you on the next (working) day with DPD guarantee.

International deliveries:

We are constantly expanding our selection of delivery countries. Currently, we deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain, Portugal

If you would like to have your order delivered to a country that is not listed, please contact us directly so that we can check the options for you.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 days and for international deliveries within 2-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
